A BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Hi. My name is Nadine and what I’m going to show you is a collection of emotional healing tips and practices that I have gained over the course of my searching for nearly a decade. When I was in my early teens, I came face-to-face with a deep depression that I tried so hard to understand. Like many of you, perhaps, I wanted it to go away. I started the search back when I was 12 years old. I had experienced bullying, feeling unwanted, needing love and approval, and feeling not good enough. The changes did not happen overnight. In fact, even as I type these words, I am still coming face-to-face with challenges. It hasn’t ended. Right now, though, I am happy to say that I am living lighter and am more equipped to handle the emotional challenges that come my way. If you are struggling with any form of emotional issue, then this blog is for you. Like I have said, however, I don’t recommend that you rely on this solely if your situation calls for professional aid and guidance or support.
So, where am I now after 10 years of searching? I am happy to say that I have advanced in my journey, I have found more effective healing tools and have also come across amazing emotional healing techniques and healing masters and I am here to share what I have learned with you. I am also free of the heavy depression although that is not to say that it doesn’t appear every now and then. Like you, I also encounter life events over which I feel grief and sadness. But it is no longer a constant thing in my life. In fact, it doesn’t have to be.
So, let’s get started and let me share with you 10 year’s worth of resources and research and it is my hope that these will be a tremendous help in your healing journey.
